LUMINEU: A Collection of Artist Lamps
Light is a subject that fascinates me. What it produces often has something magical about it.
After working on existing objects, I wanted to create my own support and offer you something unique, merging a work of art and a functional object.

THE STORY
The story begins with a house where I lived which had, on one of its walls, a bare light bulb waiting to be fitted...
Now, one of the materials I work with is translucent and therefore lets light through.
It was by placing this material in front of the bare bulb that I discovered a new magic: the work changes dimension depending on whether it is lit or not!

At the same time, a lighting manufacturer asked me to work on one of their models.
This project gave me the desire to work with light and create something that would be my own.
I thought about a simple shape, something I would like to have at home: the project was born!

LUMINEU: A BRILLIANT PROJECT
I created four prototypes that gave me the idea for this very special series, which is somewhere between a work of art and an everyday object.
Each piece is
UNIQUE
NUMBERED
SIGNED
To bring this project to life, I developed a creative process that ensures no two lamps are alike. By varying the lines, colors, and shapes, each lamp is different, but together they form a family.
They all follow the same principle: in addition to being lamps, they bring a presence, warmth, and a point of light.
Some lamps provide light, while others serve as landmarks.

I designed Les LUMINEU in a small format: 24 x 13 x 12 cm.
Conceived as landmarks, luminous beacons that interact with the space, their role is not to illuminate a room, but to install a presence there, a gentle vibration, a discreet signal that accompanies the architecture and daily life.

The idea is that they can find their place anywhere in the house: in the library, on a desk, a console, etc.
